For most orders completed through Blue Digger, you have 14 days to return the item from the time that it arrives at your doorstep as long as the product is still in working and new condition. Due to the size of certain products and the policies of certain suppliers, some returns may incur a restocking fee.
To set up a return, simply fill out the form below or email Shop@BlueDigger.com.
For specific products on Blue Digger that require customization, we simply do not accept returns or exchanges. In the case that the product arrives damaged, we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Arrived Damaged Products
For any orders that arrive damaged or in non-working condition, Blue Digger takes full responsibility and will work with you to set up a full refund or exchange. Simply email Shop@BlueDigger.com to express your issue and one of our Customer Service Members will be with you promptly.
For most orders on Blue Digger, you have 14 days to set up an exchange for a different version, size, or color of the product that you purchased, pending availability on the Blue Digger store.
